用户在本网站注册或发言前，请认真阅读本条例。一经注册或发言，即视为同意接受本条例；如不同意，请勿在本网站注册或发言。
By submitting your registration or statement, you indicate that you agree to accept the provisions below. If you do not agree to accept these provisions, please do not register with our site.

I.总则
General principles

1.本条例的目的在于维护设计大巴社区内容，保障本网站注册用户的合法权益；
The establishment of the provisions is aimed at maintaining the order of Designbus.cn Club and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the users of the site;
2.定本条例的依据是中华人们共和国国家有关法律法规，当本条例与国家法律法规冲突时，以国家法律法规为准；
These regulations are based on the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China, and if and when these provisions clash with the relevant law, the law will be given precedence;
3.用户愿意接受本条例，方可在本网站注册，成为本网站正式注册用户；
Only those users who are willing to accept these provisions are welcome to register and become formal users of the site;

II.用户的权利与责任
Rights and responsibilities of users

1.用户在网站上所进行的所有活动应遵守本网站的行政条文规定，遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，并自行承担因在本网站上进行一切活动所直接或间接引起的一切法律责任；
All activities carried out by the users of this website should comply with these administrative provisions as well as the laws and regulations of the P.R.C. Users accept full responsibility of any legal liabilities caused by his or her activities on the site, directly or indirectly;
2.用户要注意保管好用户名及密码，用户如发现帐号遭他人非法使用，应立即通知网站论坛管理者。因黑客行为或用户保管疏忽导致帐号及密码遭他人非法使用，本网站不承担任何责任；
Protect your username and password carefully. If you find your account has been illegally accessed by others, inform the administrators of the site as soon as possible. The community will not take any responsibility for the illegal use of your account by others that is caused by hacking or negligent password keeping;
3.用户认为自己在网站论坛的权益受到侵害，有权根据本网站相关规定进行投诉申诉；
Users of this website have the right to lodge complaints according to the relevant regulations of the site if they think their rights and interests have been violated;
4.用户有权对本网站行政维护工作提出批评、意见或建议；
Users have the right to make criticisms and suggestions regarding the administrative work of the site;
5.用户需遵守网络道德，注意网络礼仪，做到文明上网；
Users should conduct themselves ethically, politely and in a civilized manner;

Prohibited content

1.违反中华人民共和国宪法确定的基本原则的；
Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
2.危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the government, and undermining national unity;
3.损害国家荣誉和利益的；
Harming national honor and interests;
4.煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
5.煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序的；
Inciting unlawful assembly, association, procession, demonstration and gathering crowds to disturb social order;
6.破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
Undermining national religious policy, promoting cults and superstitions;
7.散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
Spreading rumor, disturbing social order, undermining social stability;
8.散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or instigating others to commit crimes;
9.侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legal rights and interests of others;
10.以非法民间组织名义活动的；
Organizing or carrying out activities of illegal organizations;
11.包含种族、肤色、性别、性取向、宗教、民族、地域、残疾、社会经济状况等歧视内容的言论和消息；
Discrimination on the basis of race , color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, geographic origin, disability, or social status;
12.发布含有法律或行政法规禁止的内容的；
Posting content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
13.未经公开报道或未经证实的消息；
Spreading news that has not been approved or publicly reported;
14.可能妨害第三方权益的信息，例如（包括但不限于）：病毒代码、黑客程序、软件破解注册代码；
Information that may harm the rights and interests of a third party, including but not limited to virus codes, hacking procedures, and software cracking codes.
15.抄袭及剽窃他人的作品，转载及引用请注明出处，不得上贴原作者禁止转载的文章；
Plagiarizing and copying the works of others. If you use the words of others, please place them clearly in quotation marks and be sure to clearly site the source;
16.无理纠缠或恶意灌水等浪费版面资源的信息；
Information that is unreasonable or malicious;
17.明显缺乏章法、错别字过多、内容晦涩空泛、过多无用标点及符号造成无法阅读的帖子；
Information that is grammatically incorrect, misspelled, difficult to understand, or filled with excessive punctuation or symbols so as to make it difficult to read;
18.包含影响用户正常浏览的内容或格式的文章，如过大尺寸的图片或引起跳出窗口的源代码等；
Information that contains content or forms that affect the normal browsing of users, such as excessively large photos or code that results in pop-up windows;
19.重复帖或无意义的聊天水帖；
Information that is repetitive or meaningless;
20.涉及他人隐私或有意模仿他人注册名发布的信息；
Information compromising the privacy of others, or published using an intentionally misleading identity;
21.破坏网站秩序、侵害网站及论坛利益的其他内容；
Other content undermining the order of the website or harming the interests of the community of users;
22.请勿重复大量发贴并张贴与所在论坛主题无关的消息；
Repetitive or off-topic information;
23.未经网站同意，请勿张贴任何形式的广告，具体指定的分类广告栏中已得到张贴许可的广告除外；
Advertisements, except in specially designated areas marked as OK for advertisements, such as the classifieds;

(ii) 注册名管理之规定：
Regulations of registration names:

1.请勿以党和国家领导人或其他名人及个人的真实姓名、艺名或笔名注册；
Do not register with the true names, stage names or pen names of national leaders, celebrities or private individuals.
2.请勿以国家机构或其他机构的名称注册；
Do not register with the name of national organizations or other institutions;
3.请勿以不文明或不健康名称注册；
Do not register with improper or obscene user names;
4.请勿以易产生歧义或引起他人误解的名称注册；
Do not register with a pen name that easily causes ambiguity or is intentionally misleading;
5.注册笔名只能使用汉字、英文字母、数字及短横线；
Registration names can contain only English letters, numbers and short dashes;
6.对于和其他论坛用户笔名名称相近的笔名并可能引起争执的，论坛将支持先注册的笔名用户，而保留取消后注册笔名用户的权利；
Registration names which are intentionally or unintentionally similar to existing user names and cause confusion will be removed by the administrators;
7.对于严重违反论坛规则的，论坛保留随时取消其注册笔名的权力；
The administrators retain the right to cancel the registration of any user that disobeys community guidelines;
8.用户需对自己的注册名和密码安全自行负责；
Users should take full responsibilities for the security of their own user names and passwords;

(iii) 署名管理
Administration of signatures

1.署名的相关规定与上贴规定一致，如出现用户使用与本网站规定不符的署名，网站管理员有权随时取消删除其署名；
Regulations regarding signatures are the same as the rest of the site. If a user’s signature does not comply with the regulations of the site, the administrators retain the right to delete the signature at any time without warning;

(iv) 关于暂停用户账号
Account Suspension

1.对于违反本网站行政条文管理规定的帖文或贴图等等，网站管理员有权直接删改；
The administrators retain the right to directly delete or modify all posts and images which disobey the regulations of the community;
2.对于违反本网站行政条文管理规定的用户，管理员有权删除上贴内容并对该用户采取警告、屏蔽用户发言权甚至进行取消用户注册会员资格的处理；
The administrators retain the right to suspend, ban, and/or delete the account of any user that violates the regulations of the community;
3.对于暂停或取消用户账户，一般遵循先提前予以警告再执行的原则；
Users violating the principles of the community will typically be issued warnings before having their account suspended or banned;

IV.隐私权保护
Protection of privacy

1.本网站保证不对外公开或向第三方提供单个用户的注册资料，但下列情况除外：
The community guarantees it will not disclose the registration information to the public or provide an individual user with private information from another user, except in the following situations:
(1)用户本人授权本网络论坛透露这些信息；
The user has authorized the community to disclose the information;
(2)相关的法律法规要求本网络论坛提供用户的个人资料；
The personal information is required by the relevant laws and regulations;
2.在不透露单个用户隐私资料的前提下，本网站管理员有权对整个用户数据库进行分析并对用户数据库进行适当的使用；
The site administrators own the right to analyze and use the aggregate data posted by the users under the condition that the privacy of individual users is not compromised;

Designbus.cn Club retains the right to use any articles or images (except those protected by external copyright) posted in the community or cooperate with others by using them, including but not limited use in magazines, email newsletters and other websites, and will do so while properly attributing copyright to the original author. club. designbus .cn;

VI.责任声明
Disclaimer

1.用户之间通过本网站相识交往，而引发的任何直接或间接的经济损失，因心理或生理胁迫所造成的伤害，设计大巴社区不承担任何责任；
Designbus.cn Club takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect economic loss or mental or physical duress suffered by its users while using this site or that occurs as a result of acquaintances formed between users of this site;
2.用户因其个人原因造成资料保管不妥而导致个人隐私被他人泄露的，本网站不承担任何责任；
Designbus.cn Club will not take any responsibility for the disclosing of private information caused by the negligent actions of the user him or herself;
3.用户在本论坛的活动触犯了中华人民共和国法律法规的，责任自负，本论坛不承担任何责任；
Designbus.cn Club will not take any responsibility for the users who have broken the laws and regulations of the P.R.C.;
4.本网站论坛不担保各论坛服务一定能满足用户的要求，也不保证网站论坛各项服务不会中断，对服务的及时性 - 安全性也不作担保；
Designbus.cn Club will not guarantee that all services of the forum will always meet the requirements of the users, all the services will never be broken off, and that the services are all timely and safe;

Designbus.cn Club will not offer compensation of any kind in the event of the loss of user data or the suspension of service caused by routine maintenance, accidents, or force majeure.
